​1. Who We Are
National Pilgrimage 501(c)3 and Synanim LLC and ("we," "us") operates the National Assembly. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


2. What We Collect
When you register, we collect: your name, email address, zip code, age confirmation, gender, race/ethnicity, and your responses to participation-related questions. We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or financial data.


3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
Communicate with you about the National Assembly and related future gatherings
Ensure logistical planning for in-person participation, if selected
Analyze aggregate, anonymized demographic data to ensure broad national representation
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.


4. Sensitive Personal Information
We collect certain categories of sensitive personal information, including race/ethnicity, gender, and age. This information is used only in aggregate and anonymized form to assess representational diversity. California residents may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information by contacting us (below).


5. Your Rights — All Participants
Regardless of your state of residence, you may:
Request a copy of the information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal information
Withdraw consent to future communications at any time

6. California Residents — Additional Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.):
Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
Right to Limit: Direct us to limit use of your sensitive personal information (including race/ethnicity, gender, and age) to purposes directly related to providing the services you requested
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

7. Children
The National Assembly is open only to participants 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.


8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.


9. Data Retention
We retain your registration information for up to 24 months following the event, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless you have requested earlier deletion.
